Dreaming the Self Awake
A Women's Retreat exploring Dreams, Depth, and Psycholydic Healing
February 22, 2026
10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Private studio space | Shaker Heights, Ohio
$500 | Space is intentionally limited
This retreat day offers a rare opportunity to soften into a liminal space, a threshold between the conscious and unconscious, where intuition speaks more clearly and profound transformation becomes possible.
Participants are invited to bring a recent dream, a recurring dream, or simply arrive with the intention to receive one in the days leading up to the retreat or a vision during the experience. Together, we will co-create a sacred container of trust, connection, and shared exploration.
Our day begins with grounding practices and a live sound healing journey to settle the nervous system and open the body to receptivity. From there, you’ll be guided into a low- to medium-dose ketamine experience designed to deepen awareness and open access to symbolic, intuitive, and emotional insight—while still remaining fully present and safely anchored in your body.
Following the medicine experience, you’ll have spacious time for quiet reflection through journaling, simple creative expression, or contemplative rest. A nourishing, light lunch will be provided. We’ll close the day with a facilitated integration circle, weaving together the themes, insights, and imagery that emerged.
If you feel called to join, your next step is simple: reach out by call or text at 505-316-1603. We’ll have a brief conversation to get to know each other and discern whether this retreat is the right fit for you.
If we decide to move forward, you’ll receive a referral to Journey Clinical, a trusted medical partner who supports the medical component of this work. You’ll meet with one of their licensed prescribers via telehealth to review your medical history and obtain your ketamine prescription, which you’ll bring with you the day of the retreat.
We’ll also schedule a final preparation call to ensure you feel supported, grounded, and ready for the experience ahead.

Why A KAP Retreat?
Group Ketamine-Assisted Therapy offers an accessible, cost-effective path for those seeking the healing benefits of psychedelic therapy, with the added power of shared human experience.
Here’s how it compares:
Individual KAP experiences require two preparation and one integration session per each three hour dosing experience. This equals six hours of therapy over a few weeks of time at our standard individual session rate of $300/hour. Total: $1,800 + Journey clinical assessment and medication
KAP Retreats offer a shared container, community reflection, and support for an all in one immersive healing experience.
By joining a group retreat, you benefit not only financially, but emotionally by feeling seen, mirrored, and held in a circle of others on a similar path.

FAQs
How does it feel when taking ketamine?
The effects of ketamine, which most patients find pleasant. These effects can make you feel “far from” your body, and facilitate shifts in perception that can often feel expansive in nature. Your motor and verbal abilities will be reduced, so you’ll be lying down in a comfortable position during the experience. While it may feel hard to articulate what happens during the experience, participants feel like the insights gained are clear. Psycholydic (low dose) are a bit different in that participants often feel very much “in their body” still, but just a bit more emotionally open and connected.
Is this legal?
Yes. This retreat operates legally and ethically through a partnership with Journey Clinical, a licensed medical provider that evaluates and prescribes ketamine for use in psychotherapy. You will be directed by your journey clicial physician to bring your ketamine prescription and self administer your dose during the retreat. Journey clinical requires you to be in the presense of a journey trained therapist (that is us).
Do I need prior psychedelic experience?
No. First-timers are welcome. We provide thorough preparation and guidance every step of the way. Although, you may want to participate in one cycle of individual KAP sessions with one of our therapists, before attending a day retreat experience.
How do I prepare?
Once you reach out via phone, text or email we will schedule a free consultation call for you to ask more questions and for us to get to know each other a bit. We will then guide you to Journey Clinical where you will have an assessment by their medical team and if appropriate be given a ketamine prescription which will be mailed to your home. We will have a phone/ or zoom consult prior to the retreat to give instructions for preparation.
Can I use insurance?
The therapeutic portion of this retreat is not billed through insurance, but Journey Clinical’s medical evaluation and prescription may be partially reimbursed mattering on your insurance benefits.
